The Circulation Promoter Pro uses TENS and EMS therapy and AMP stimulation.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) works by stimulating nerves to interrupt the flow of pain signals to the brain.  It is also believed to help release endorphins, a chemical that our bodies naturally produce to relieve pain.  This technology can help provide symptomatic relief and treatment for pain.  

At the same time, EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) works by stimulating muscles, causing them to contract and relax.  This constant stimulation helps increase local blood circulation, relieve muscle pain, and improve muscle performance.

Most TENS devices only provide one type of stimulation. While they may initially relieve pain, eventually the body adapts to the stimulation and continues to send pain signals.
