I suffer with my calf muscles that get very tight, achy and twitchy. I have had the MotionCiser for nearly 3 weeks and it really has worked on loosening/relaxing the muscles, enabling me to relax and sleep at night.

Easy to use.

I recently received my MotionCiser just over a week ago (delivery within 2-3 days) and have used it every day (most days 3 times) and can honestly say I have noticed a tremendous difference in the mobility of my legs! It is absolutely painless and I would highly recommend it to anyone that cannot walk very far and wants to do anything to strengthen their legs. My ankle swelling has come down as well. I was very sceptical when I saw the advert but it really does exercise all the way up your legs to the thigh area!

Found that machine is excellent for easing leg pain

But more explaining needs to be done with the secondry sites
